Feria Hábitat València to stage next edition from 29th September to 2nd October 2025

Event retains end of September slot, is set to embrace new areas of the contract sector, office equipment and artisan manufacturing and will again be running at the same time as Textilhogar Home Textiles Premium.

Valencia, 10th December 2024.- Feria Hábitat València has already set the dates for its next edition, set to run from 29th September to 2nd October 2025 at Feria Valencia. The leading event for ‘made in Spain’ interiors thus retains the positioning in the last week of September that delivered such great results this year and will again be running from Tuesday to Thursday. This year was the first time the fair ran on those days of the week and the move was very well received by both exhibitors and visitors.

This means that Hábitat is repeating the successful formula that delivered such good results this year when the fair took place jointly with Espacio Cocina SICI and Textilhogar and, according to the aggregate figures, around 50,000 trade visitors attended.

Next year, the interiors event will again be running at the same time as the well-established home and contract textiles fair, positioned strategically as it has been for the last three editions alongside the furniture and décor sectors. However, 2025 being an odd-numbered year means that, in line with its biennial character, Espacio Cocina SICI will not be back on the Feria Valencia calendar until 2026.

New for 2025: more focus on contract, office and industrial craftsmanship

The upcoming edition of Hábitat will see the fair maintain its commitment to offering the best from suppliers of every aspect of ‘made in Spain’ interiors: design, upholstery, sleep, home, décor and accessories, as well as a broad selection of international brands.

The event is being staged across levels 2 and 3 at Feria Valencia and will aim to create another installation relating to the contract sector, along the lines of Héctor Ruiz-Velázquez’s highly successful ‘Hotel Hábitat’, that is being taken to the next edition of the Cevisama fair, where it will also feature ceramic and bathrooms.

Habitat will also continue to develop its relationship with the hotel and hospitality sectors and will likewise be open to bringing on board sectors that might complement the offering geared to the contract sector.

Furthermore, Habitat is aiming to take the showcase up a level by including an offering of office furniture, which has had a small presence at the last few editions of the fair, especially via companies that offer home furniture. In 2025, though, office furniture is likely to be more noticeably present and may even be a standout feature of the fair’s overall content.

In another initiative, Hábitat is working with various industry organisations and institutions to create, as part of Salón nude, a powerful offering relating to artisan manufacturing, a trend that is currently very much on the rise and that many are already associating with a new level of luxury within haute décor.

Textilhogar Home Textiles Premium, for its part, will be consolidating its place alongside Hábitat whilst boosting its focus on attracting international buyers and delivering a very select range of products from both designers and manufacturers of textiles.
